A booking link has been set up for the group code “91G”. Guests may call 1-800-EMBASSY (362-2779) to book their reservations at this time. Please do not direct guests to the hotel as we do not book rooms on property.

• Guests may not combine group rate with any Hilton Honors discounts or use points to discount the room.

• Multiple reservations under the same name will need to be reconciled before arrival with the name of the actual guests occupying that room.

• For guest security and to receive the required amount of breakfast/evening reception vouchers, all adults must be registered to the individual reservations.

Individual Call In guests will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidentals.

• A $60 per night incidental hold will be authorized/charged at check-in; please ensure that you communicate this to your guests, as incidentals may not be waived and are a requirement at check-in.

• 1 night’s room and tax is due at booking. Please inform your guests that reservations are subject to cancellation without notification should cards decline for the initial room deposit.

• Early Departure Fee of 1 night’s room & tax; this fee applies to all guests who attempt to change their departure within 7hrs of arrival or after checking in.
